The review process involves a standardized correction process following submission of a contribution. Textual and formal requirements must be fulfilled in order to make an article visible for all recipients and for educational material to be made available for teachers and students in medicine. Our aim is to ensure the highest scientific standards for our users. A review board consisting of experts in various disciplines assists us in making this possible. Each submitted article is reviewed by a specialist in the related area, thus allowing for an optimal feedback on an expert level. A formal standard can be ensured by the subsequent editorial review. If a submitted article is found to contain textual and/or formal errors, the author has the opportunity to make changes online. The article or educational material will be unlocked and visible online only after all inaccuracies have been removed.
